Every item we sell is personally assessed before it goes on sale. What you see is what you get — condition is described accurately and we stand behind every listing.
We don't accept returns. Every item is carefully described before purchase, so please check the condition and details before buying. If you have any questions about a specific item, call us before you order — we're happy to give you more detail.
We ship albums in specialist packaging designed to withstand the rigours of transport. Your record will arrive in A1 condition — that's our standard. Payment is required upfront and we dispatch within 48 hours of receiving payment. Shipping cost is confirmed with each order.
Absolutely — come in any time during opening hours and browse the full collection in person. If you'd like to arrange a visit outside regular hours, just give us a call and we'll sort something out.
