Originally released in 1980, the album combines the band’s ferocious punk attack with sharp political and social satire. Jello Biafra’s distinctive vocals, East Bay Ray’s cutting guitar work and the band’s frantic rhythm section created a sound that was both aggressive and remarkably inventive.
